ArtSystems joins leading Trade Associations

ArtSystems joins leading Trade Associations.

As part of its ongoing focus on promoting application awareness, ArtSystems has joined four leading trade associations in the fields of printing, design, and signage.

The Nottingham-based distributor has become a member of the British Institute of Interior Designers (BIIP); FESPA, a global federation of 37 national associations for the screen printing, digital printing, and textile printing community; the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF); and the International Sign Association UK (ISA UK).

ArtSystems’ Manager Director, Steve Hawker, explained the reasons behind this initiative. He said: “The key benefit to these associations, is that they provide access to in-depth industry knowledge in a focused, non-sales environment, enabling fuller assessment of the true benefits of the latest technology for our vendors and their customers’ businesses.

“In tandem with the associations and our connections with leading edge manufacturers in the industry, we will be working to develop and host Applications Seminars such as our new forthcoming ‘Wide Open Forums’ plus our continuous professional development (CPD) events, which will be run in partnership with the most relevant associations.”

Steve continued: “At the heart of ArtSystems success is a culture that supports strong, long-term outcomes through worthwhile education and engagement with our industry, rather than a hard sell.

“We don’t expect our vendors to move boxes for profit and walk away; we provide value-added solutions, building towards mutual success. We have selected our association partners carefully, as we have our vendors.

“Our portfolio includes the leading manufacturers in our industry, and they deserve nothing less than the best.”
