JOB DESCRIPTION
Continued business expansion means Soyang Europe are currently looking to recruit a motivated individual for a junior role that includes the potential to grow within the business whilst working alongside a young dynamic team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sales order processing.
Updating contact lists on the company database.
General office administrative tasks in support of a busy sales team.
Dealing with incoming sales calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
Confident with Microsoft Office packages.
Polite telephone manner.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

PERSONALITY PROFILE:
Extremely organised.
Excellent attention to detail.
Uses initiative.
Comfortable working both individually and as part of a team.
